Gen Z is facing a housing crisis

Gen Z is having a hard time affording rent, with skyrocketing housing costs taking up greater shares of their income. 

A recent study by Credit Karma found one-third of Gen Z adults live with their parents, and housing lender Freddie Mac reports that more than one-third of the generation is worried they will never achieve homeownership.
