Fascinated by this trend. Personally, I still prefer my Simple Modern tumbler. 😛

I don't have one. When there's this much ruckus around a product, I find I want it less.

What I AM here for, is watching this as a fascinating lesson in branding and marketing.

I understand the hype and I choose not to be part of it. 😅

I bought a black one last year. No idea what the ruckus is all about. Use it every day for coffee. It's an insulated mug, made of metal, so you can't put your coffee in the microwave to heat or reheat. Bummer. I find it works well but comparable to other mugs in the price range.

They'll be available in Ebay for cheap later right next to the uni-wheel exercise gadget and bread makers. At least the tumbler is useful but let's be honest here, it's probably not worth $50 let alone $300.

I've had my Stanley all-steel coffee thermos for 40 years and I can verify Stanley's quality but this hype over these colored bottles is beyond me. All I can say is I hope Stanley makes truck loads of money before this fad disappears.

I have the army green thermos, which I bought because everybody’s parents had one when I was a kid (1980s). It’s different now - sure wish I knew where my dad’s thermos went.

...to add, as far as coffee mugs to keep your drinks hot/cold all day, I really like Yeti - the parts never get gummed up AND it’s dishwasher-safe.
